LayerLamp Cancellation and Refund Policy

At LayerLamp, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We offer a clear and straightforward refund policy for products that are defective or damaged.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only available for products that are:

Damaged during shipping.

Malfunctioning due to an electronic issue.
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the process within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. Refund Process for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is not working correctly, please follow these steps to request a refund:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: Before unpacking your product, it is mandatory to record a single, uncut video from a clear viewing angle. This video must show the unpacking of the product and the damage or electronic issue you have identified.

Contact Us: Email us at contact.layerlamp@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a link to your unboxing video.

Return Shipping: Once we have reviewed your video and approved your refund claim, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a final inspection. If the product is found to be defective or damaged as described in your video, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.

Minor imperfections in the product finish due to the nature of 3D printing, as these are considered standard.

Products that have lost color or quality over time, as this is a natural characteristic of the PLA material.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges for different models or designs. If your product is eligible for a return (as per the above policy), you will receive a refund and can place a new order for a different product if you wish.
5. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will re-ship the same product to you at no additional cost. We will not issue a refund for lost packages, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
