Thank you for shopping with LayerLamp. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, shipping locations, and procedures for lost or damaged items.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

 

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Our standard shipping timeframe is 4-9 business days from the time of order confirmation. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

 

2. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to addresses only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

4. Lost or Damaged Products

 

We take full responsibility for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

• For Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. To claim a refund, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video. This video must be a single, uncut recording from a proper viewing angle that clearly shows the unpacking of the product and the damage. Once we receive and review your video, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.

• For Lost Products: In the event that your product is lost during transit and is not delivered, we will not issue a refund. Instead, we will re-ship the same product to the original delivery address at no additional cost. If you need to make any changes to the delivery address or your order details, please contact us promptly via email at layerlampofficial@gmail.com before we re-ship the item.
