Welcome to LayerLamp. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at layerlamp.in and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Product Information & Disclaimers

 

All products sold by LayerLamp are designed and manufactured by us. While we use components sourced from other platforms (such as batteries, lights, and wireless connectivity modules), the final products are our original creations.

Our products are crafted using 3D printing technology, which may result in minor imperfections. While the overall design and functionality remain consistent, subtle variations in the finish may occur. We assure you that these slight differences do not affect the product's quality. Product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes and may not precisely represent the product's exact appearance due to lighting or screen differences. Additionally, our products are made from PLA, a biodegradable material. Over time, this material may naturally experience a slight change in color and quality.

2. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, images, text, logos, and content on the LayerLamp website are our exclusive intellectual property. We hold all copyrights and intellectual property rights to our products and the content on this Site. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our express written permission. There is no third-party intellectual property licensed for use on our Site.

3. User Conduct

 

Our Site allows users to post reviews and comments on our products. By submitting content, you agree not to post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate.

 

4. Payments & Pricing

 

We accept various payment methods, all of which are securely processed through Razorpay. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay, a 100% secure payment gateway, and is not stored by us.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If a payment has already been made, we will promptly issue a full refund to the customer. We are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Our standard shipping timeframe is 4-9 business days from the time of order confirmation. We currently only ship to addresses within India. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

In the case of a lost product, we will not issue a refund but will instead send a replacement of the same product to the original delivery address. If you wish to make changes to the order or delivery address, you must contact us immediately via email. For damaged products, we will take full responsibility, and you will be issued a full refund.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

 

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns are only accepted for products with electronic malfunctions or damage that occurred during shipping. To initiate a return for a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must be a single, uncut recording from a proper viewing angle, showing the unpacking process and the damage clearly.

To return a product, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. Once we have received and inspected the product and confirmed the issue, we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges you paid.

Exchanges are only available for products that are non-functional or damaged. You cannot exchange one product model for a different one.

 

7. Warranty

 

All LayerLamp products come with a 15-day warranty against physical damage at the time of delivery and electronic issues. To claim a warranty, an unboxing video is necessary, as detailed in our return policy. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear of the PLA material.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

9. General Provisions

 

• Eligibility: This website is intended for use by individuals who are 12 years of age or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Limitation of Liability: LayerLamp, its employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of India.
